a mixed experience with some significant drawbacks

missing room serviceinadequate soundproofing

i was disappointed that there was no room service available. i found it quite inconvenient when i wanted a late dinner in my room after a long day. also, the noise from the street was very noticeable late into the night. the soundproofing in the room was not adequate i found it hard to sleep soundly.

The staff displayed really good warmth and efficiency. My room was spacious and it featured attractive decor. I also appreciated the hotel's proximity to various restaurants.

The coffee machine during breakfast dispensed coffee slowly. A long queue formed. I found this slightly inconvenient.

the location was excellent as it was right next to central train station (easy to access). the room was spacious, light, and bright. the staff provided great restaurant recommendations for local dining spots.

the air conditioning unit rattled the entire night. the shower flooded the floor (a real issue). i received a small discount on my next stay, but i doubt i'll be back within 6 months to use it.
